Satang Island Turtle Conservation and Snorkeling Day Trip from Kuching

Travel 30-minutes by motorized boat, through the mangrove swamps, amusing fishing villages and some other smaller islands on the way to Sarawak's first marine national park. Then arrive at Satang Besar Island, the centre for turtle conservation and visit the turtle protection and hatchery area and know their approach used in conservation of the turtles.   Next will be snorkelling program to Satang Island's delightful white sand beach amongst the beautiful delicate corals and splendidly colourful marine life.  If you don’t wish to snorkel take a walk through the jungle that covers the island. The lunch is inclusive.
